Ugh. Another day of heat and humidity. The thermometer only says 86 degrees, but with the 66% humidity and calm winds it feels like 101! And that's with cloudy skies!

I suppose it's all for the best. Who wants to bake and bake on the beach, only to work on becoming the latest case of melanoma?

It's only 7:45 am in Tampa, and it's already 80 degrees and feels like 85! YUCK! The 82% humidity is SWELTERING! Wish there was at least a breeze. Maybe that'll happen when the scattered thunderstorms begin.

Not very good weather for painting sunsets, that's for sure.

Looks like we might actually get a little rain around here (truthfully we need it) sometime over the next couple of days.

Same thing though, hoit and humid but it's gonna get back down into the 80's soon and it's always in the low 70's high 60's at night which is a nice break from the heat.

It's not even 9am in Tampa, and it already feels like it's 92 degrees! Just wish there was a breeze...or SOMETHING to cool things off!

Unfortunately, more rain scheduled for this afternoon and evening, but that's normal for the area.

At least Irene isnt going to come anywhere near you. Hopefully it will veer off the coast all together, but it looks like it might hit somewhere along the northeastern coast.


We did get a nice bit of rain yesterday, and it is much needed around here.
